Please refrain from discharging shotguns into the pistol bay’s target boards.
We’ve had to replace all target boards after a very short time due to shotgun fire. They were left in such a poor state that targets could not easily be pinned on. This is their intended use.
Instead, please use the free-standing target holders. You’ll see these located around the range, and can hold your paper targets with the help of survey stakes, or better, 1×2 slats.
These free-standing target holders may be setup against the pistol bay’s east, north, and west walls. The south wall cannot. For reference sake, the south wall is the one that runs parallel to the driveway. The east wall is where the 4 backboards are currently installed.
Shotguns are NOT permitted on any of the rifle ranges.
