EFGA F-Class League 2026 Matches
Objective
With long range shooting becoming more popular at the Edson Fish and Game Association, a league has been formed in 2024 to expose the members to the shooting sport of F-Class. It’s an opportunity for both seasoned and new long distance shooters to learn and hone their skills within a friendly competition environment.
The Long Rifle range will be dedicated to all F-Class league participants for the duration of the shoot. All other ranges remain fully accessible to the general membership.

Match Rules
FTR – 308 and 223
- No muzzle brakes
- Weight class 18.2 lbs
- All matches will be shot prone
- All matches will be shot on Shotmarker for score, in addition to match cards for record, pair fire.
- All matches will be listed on targetscore.com to be registered
F-Open 223- 338
- No muzzle brakes
- Weights must not exceed 22.5 lbs with attached equipment
- All matches will be shot on Shotmarker for score, in addition to match cards for record, pair fire.
- All matches will be listed on targetscore.com to be registered
F-Unlimited Class
- 223 to 338 , Muzzle Brakes allowed
- Shooters will shoot separately from FTR and F-Open
- All matches will be shot on Shotmarker for score, in addition to match cards for record, pair fire.
- All matches will be listed on targetscore.com to be registered
The Longest Mile Challenge
- Any calibre legal for The Longest Mile range
- 5 Shots for Score on 3 MOA and 2 MOA 1 MOA steel
- 3 MOA steel 1point, 2 MOA steel 2 points 1 MOA steel 3 points
- Highest score wins the match
- In case of a tie, A shoot off will be done to break the tie, on 1 MOA steel
Progressive Steel Matches
- Any calibre legal for The Longest Mile
- 5 shots on small, medium or large steel
- All shots must be called before firing
- Highest score wins match
- In case of tie , the tie breaker will be shot on a 1000 metre 1 MOA steel
Match Fees
F-Class Matches
- $70 per member $80 for non member (covers both days)
- Must shoot both days to qualify for aggregate score
- One day is $40 for members and $50 for non-members
- Lunch and prizes, awards
Progressive Steel Competitions
- $40 for members and $50 for non-members
- Lunch and prizes provided when applicable
The Longest Mile Challenges
- $10 for members 15 for non-members
- Prizes and lunch provided when applicable
Prizes awarded – Attend 3 shoots to qualify for the season ender!
