As everyone is aware, The Province of Alberta has declared a Public Health Emergency to protect the health care system from COVID-19.
With the increased mandatory measures now fully in effect, we will be unable to accommodate the needed quorum within our available meeting facilities.
As the situation changes, we’re looking forward to hosting an AGM at the first opportunity. At this point, we can only hope that restrictions are loosened in early 2021 that would allow for us to proceed. If the current situation continues, we’ll look at exploring other options.
Providing we can successfully meet the various challenges to successfully host an AGM, we’re also hoping to be able to offer the popular discount toward a renewed membership.
